Operation description

A filling machine tank is filled by the gravity flow of liquid from the main tank. Acceptable level is maintained by a float which operates as a non-return valve stop. Dosage containers are filled and drained through a dosage valve. Filling dose is adjusted by a small pipe moving in a dosage container. Valves are actuated by cams. Circular plate is driven by a transmission gear of an electric motor. Pulleys or frequency regulators control the plate speed. The filling machine is equipped with a fan for vapour extraction from the filling area.
